Shipping policy

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, excluding holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier selection. Once your package is scanned by the carrier, transit times are the responsibility of the carrier.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Chateau De Rêve is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they leave our facility. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for delivery issues. If you need assistance opening a claim, we are happy to help guide you.
