By placing an order with Chateau De Rêve, you agree to the following:

• All sales are final.

• No returns or exchanges are accepted for fragrance products.

• Shipping delays or carrier issues are outside of our control once an order has been shipped.

• Customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent.

• Prices, products, and availability are subject to change without notice.
